The project was delivered in two carefully managed phases. After successfully completing Phase 1 while maintaining full operational continuity of the existing facilities, our team carried out the demolition of the old building. Phase 2 construction then commenced on the same site, ensuring a seamless transition without disrupting daily operations.
The project represents the largest vehicle maintenance center in Jordan, with a total built-up area of 26,000 square meters, fully equipped to support comprehensive automotive servicing activities.
Our scope of work included deep excavation and reinforced shoring, construction of heavy-duty foundations, structural columns, load-bearing walls, and high-clearance beams suitable for industrial workshop operations. We also delivered multi-level vehicle ramps, including main ramps extending up to eight floors, ensuring safe and efficient vertical circulation.
High-performance floor slabs were completed using power-trowel finishing, self-smoothing epoxy, and industrial tile flooring across large areas. Administrative offices, service areas, and reception zones were fully finished with partitions, doors, ceilings, tiling, aluminum systems, carpeting, and wood and glass decorative elements.
We executed complete mechanical systems for vehicle maintenance, including compressed air, oil distribution, and integrated HVAC networks, along with full electrical systems for the building and all maintenance equipment. Internal and external thermal and waterproofing works were also successfully delivered to ensure long-term durability and operational reliability.
External yard works were completed with interlock paving, troweled concrete, asphalt, fencing, and handrails. Expansion joints and structural connections between Phase 1 and Phase 2 were executed across all floors, in addition to stone cladding and curtain wall façade works, all delivered to the highest construction standards.
